Data Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or above in Computer Engineering or closely related field with minimum of 2 years experience in Data Engineering
• Should be proficient in advanced SQL queries, database design and modeling.
• Experience in database performance tuning, indexing, query optimization techniques.
• Should be able to write and administer ETL jobs to extract data to and from multiple datasources: Database, Queues, Files.
• Should be able to build data piplelines for Datalake.
• Should have knowledge of java promgramming language.
• Should be able to write complex data transformation logic.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Talend is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Assessing current database systems, documentation
• Write ETL jobs to load data from multiple sources.
• Involve in designing process and build datapipelines for creating Datalake
• Write complex data transformation logic.
• Make data integration jobs scalable and fault tolerant.
• Work on other database related activities as required.

Working Days:
Monday-Friday
