Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our organization. This internship opportunity is designed for candidates who have completed/running their Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and are looking to gain practical experience in a professional HR setting.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team and assist in various HR functions and projects. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. You will have the chance to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

  1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation, paperwork processing, and exit interviews.
  3. Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Contribute to employee relations initiatives, including assisting with employee engagement activities, resolving minor conflicts, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
  5. Support performance management processes, such as performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
  6. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  8. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance in HR activities.

Requirements:

  1. Ongoing/Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.
  3. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  8. Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  9. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.

15,000 NRS Per Month

Working Days

9:30 am-6:30 pm Monday-Friday
