Senior UI/UX Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and turning these designs into functional, responsive, and high-quality front-end code. Your focus will be on creating engaging mockups and converting them into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS that aligns with our development standards.

Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Develop comprehensive UI component libraries and design systems
  • Conduct user research and integrate findings into design solutions
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and information architecture diagrams
  • Design responsive layouts that work across multiple devices and platforms
• Development & Implementation
  • Transform design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
  • Implement modern CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid, and CSS animations
  • Create reusable UI components and maintain component libraries
  • Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor junior designers and developers on best practices
  • Review code and design work from team members
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and refine feature requirements
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue)
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS-in-JS solutions
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Design Skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities
  • Excellence in typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Knowledge of current design trends and patterns
• Professional Experience
  • 4+ years of combined UI/UX design and development experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
  • Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
