Lead UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Ensure designs are compatible with various devices and screen sizes using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and experience using CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
• Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create designs that meet both user need and business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for designing beautiful and user-friendly interfaces and a strong commitment to creating a seamless user experience.
