Job Description

  • Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and gather data to guide strategic product decisions, transforming complex findings into clear, actionable strategies 
  • Conduct interviews, focus groups, and on-the-ground research as needed to gather insights from relevant stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and summaries that translate research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategic insights to guide the development of tech and AI-enabled products
  • Quickly learn and adapt to the technical requirements of products
  • Exhibit independent thinking; proactively challenge assumptions and propose creative, unconventional solutions

Core Skills and Competencies

  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and inform decisions
  • Communicate effectively through clear, concise writing and confident verbal presentations
  • Utilize research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, survey platforms, Excel, SPSS, Tableau) to gather and analyze data
  • Synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and trends
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategic decisions
  • Present findings through compelling visual storytelling and data-driven narratives
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MBS, MPA) with 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BBA, BSW, BEd)  with 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in market research, business analysis, product strategy, or marketing analytics
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, surveys, or focus groups
  • Prior experience in EdTech, IT, technology, or community-based sectors—particularly in roles focused on research, data analysis, or user insights
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, or design teams
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or digital product ecosystems is a plus

Must-Have

A valid driving license as the role involves regular on-site research and local travel.
