Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team software development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Plan, assign, and oversee daily development tasks, sprint activities, and long‑term technical projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software and IT solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define clear technical requirements and solution approaches.
  • Design and review client-side and server-side architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support the team in building responsive, visually appealing front‑end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Oversee development and optimization of databases, backend services, APIs, and cloud deployments.
  • Monitor systems and application performance; troubleshoot, debug, and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and enforce code quality, security, and best engineering practices across the team.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, technical evaluations, and architectural assessments.
  • Drive process improvements, implement Agile/Scrum practices, and optimize team productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, support career development, and provide continuous coaching to team members.
  • Ensure proper documentation of systems, features, and technical processes.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT or software development.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience, preferably leading teams of 8–12 members.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern development stacks, such as:
    • Backend: Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
    • Frontend: Vue.js, React.js, or similar modern frameworks
    • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    • Cloud: AWS (preferred) or similar cloud platforms
  • Proven experience in API development, front‑end integration, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building abilities.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to engineering excellence.
